Client Communication & Support
Address client queries to build confidence and trust.
Manage communications through WhatsApp, email, and CRM-based
outreach.Segment audiences and tailor messaging based on data insights.
Sales Funnel Ownership
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from digital channels.
Monitor CRM activity and continuously improve conversion metrics.
Guide clients through documentation and form submission processes.
Ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping in the CRM system.
Maintain documentation for compliance and tracking purposes.
