Responsabilidades

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Role Overview

Acromax Media is an international digital media company founded in Germany in 2007, with offices in Hamburg, Vienna, Tirana, and Almaty. With a team of 50 professionals, we manage digital media operations for around 40 TV broadcasters, 100 podcast producers, 50 film producers, and approximately 6,000 music producers representing over 60,000 songs.

We are seeking a full-time, office-based Media Operations & Digital Rights Specialist to join our expanding international team. As a certified Google and YouTube Partner, we offer a structured, paid training program designed for individuals who want to build a career in digital rights management, music distribution, content publishing, and monetization.

Following successful completion of training and certification, candidates transition into full operational responsibilities within our Media Operations team.

What We Do

We ingest audio and video content from producers worldwide and publish it across major platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, Google TV, Apple TV, Deezer, and others.

We monetize content through advertising and subscription models, operating on a revenue-share basis. In addition to distribution, we provide:

Content screening for platform compliance (copyright, third-party usage, violent or restricted content)

Digital rights management and anti-piracy protection

Marketing campaigns to maximize performance

Analytics and reporting to optimize revenue and audience engagement

Our Media Operations team manages 6,000–8,000 videos daily for clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and publish content across major digital platforms

Handle uploads, scheduling, metadata optimization, and asset coordination

Operate YouTube backend systems and Facebook Business Rights Manager

Support digital rights enforcement and music distribution

Assist with anti-piracy and rights protection processes

Manage marketing campaigns via Google Ads

Process technical requests and helpdesk tickets

Maintain organized publishing workflows and media libraries

Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports

Collaborate with international team members in English

Training & Certification

As a certified YouTube Partner for over 10 years (across MCN, music, and publishing sectors), we provide structured English-language training through official partner lectures. Each new team member receives daily mentorship from experienced staff.

Training includes supervised online exams. Upon successful completion, employees receive official YouTube certification. Training time is fully paid.

We are expanding into Southeast Asia to strengthen our global media operations team and work with emerging talent beyond Europe and Central Asia.

In the first 3 years, we were providing software development services and content protection software to the audiovisual and entertainment industry, but our ambitious clients wanted more. We continued to license content from rights holders, and created a specialized team which currently offers great support, label management for artists and producers, and develops great market values such as unique music brands. We also built a big network with a large number of highly qualified and very talented artists, producers, authors, and music labels.

Due to close collaboration with our customers we would become one of the largest media companies in the market of online distribution in Europe with a catalogue of over 40.000 music tracks as well as approximately 15 international shows.
