Job summary

Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to drive product strategy from ideation through evaluation in a Banking/financial services context. You will own requirements, write user stories, and lead cross-functional squads to deliver features on time and to spec.

You will collaborate with developers, designers, and business owners, maintain the product backlog, and ensure governance and compliance across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar Product Management role.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry is required.
• Strong experience in Product Development and Product Management.
• Experience in gathering and managing Product Requirements and Requirement Documents.
• Strong understanding of Product Backlog Management and Prioritization.
• Experience in creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Designers, and Business Owners.
• Ability to monitor product development from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Understanding of Good Corporate Governance and compliance processes is a plus.
