Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Digital Product Manager to spearhead the development and evolution of our digital product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for the user, possessing a strong understanding of technology and a proven track record of bringing successful digital products to market. This individual will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring our digital offerings deliver exceptional value to our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision:Define and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for your digital product area, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market opportunities. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • User-Centric Approach:Champion a deep understanding of our target users through market research, user interviews, and data analysis. Translate user needs and pain points into detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design (UI/UX), marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and efficient product development process from concept to launch.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions about the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, discovery, development, launch, and iteration. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features for sprints, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Market Intelligence:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and ensure our digital products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in1 digital product management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products (e.g., web applications, mobile apps, SaaS products).
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • A deep empathy for users and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other product optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Technical background or a strong understanding of software development principles.
