The Company serves the customers in the Small and Medium Business (SME), Retail (Consumer) and Mass Market segments, through banking products and services embedded in an ecosystem by optimizing technology.

Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fintech and lending industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Experience with user acquisition metrics, NTB/NTP, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as MMP (Adjust/ Appsflyer, Firebase, Meta SDK, or similar).
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions to optimize results.
  • Experience managing multi-million IDR budgets and optimizing for CPA/ROI.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (product, data, growth).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech lending products, digital banking, or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with server-side tracking, Firebase, or Adjust.
Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Drive acquisition of new users (NTB) and first-time product users (NTP) through data-driven strategies.
  • Develop campaign strategies that leverage behavioral targeting, lookalike audiences, and customer segmentation.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and CPA efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and campaign flows to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and growth teams to improve tracking, reporting, and attribution logic for campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics (NTB, NTP, first transaction, conversion rates) and deliver insights to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new ad networks or platforms for user acquisition.
  • Oversee remarketing campaigns targeting users for first transaction or repeat engagement.
