Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the FMCG (Health & Personal Care) industry. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Oversee the planning, content creation, and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital media campaigns, including planning, buying, and placement across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, website etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
  • Identify trends and insights from campaign data to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • A/B test various ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Conducted keyword research and implemented best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads) to drive high-quality traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital media campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Track spending and provide regular reports on budget utilization and campaign performance.
  • Collaboration with social media team to identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and brand ambassadors to boost brand credibility and reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. Preferably inFMCG (Health & Personal Care).
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such asGoogle Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and implement an effective digital media plan.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with analyzing data and using it to drive next action.
  • Keeps up with industry trends and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Works well with team members and other departments, the global team to achieve digital goals.
