Are you a data-driven digital marketing expert with a passion for performance marketing and brand awareness? One of our Sub Business Companies is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take our digital presence to the next level!

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive ebook sales.
• Optimize Meta Ads, Instagram (organic & paid), and landing pages for maximum conversion.
• Collaborate with Ads & SMM Agencies to boost ROAS and brand awareness.
• Manage a team of freelance writers and designers to create high-quality content.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to the General Manager.
• Explore new digital marketing trends & channels like email marketing, TikTok Ads, and influencer marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, especially performance marketing & brand awareness.
• Experience in handling digital products (ebooks, ecourses, webinars, or SaaS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, email marketing, content distribution, and landing page optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and data visualization tools.
• Leadership skills to manage a small team & work with agencies.
• Basic copywriting skills for ad briefs & content strategy.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights for business growth.
