Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3/S1 in IT, IS, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts, branding and online consumer behavior.
• Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to read data to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware.
• Able to work independently and in teams to meet targets.
• Experience in digital marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with targets.
• Conduct market, competitor, trend, and audience research.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
