Job description

WE’RE HIRING: Digital Marketing (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Adiwidia Professional Institute, Jl. Patriot Bangsa Bantul (Behind UMY Campus)

Working Hours: 20–25 hours/week (minimum 3 days/week)

Responsibilities:

  1. Design & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  2. Create & manage social media content + engage community
  3. Write SEO-friendly content (blog articles, landing pages, newsletters)
  4. Keyword research, trend monitoring, competitor analysis
  5. Monitor & report KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, organic traffic) using Google Analytics & other tools
  6. Collaborate with design team for visual materials (banners, infographics, short videos)
  7. Experiment with new channels (TikTok Ads, email drip, automation)

Skills Required:

  • At least 1 year experience in digital marketing (paid & organic)
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Certified
  • Proficient in SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Ubersuggest)
  • Google Analytics (GA4): setup & interpretation
  • Persuasive copywriting for ads & emails
  • Data-driven analysis & decision making
  • Cross-team communication & collaboration
  • Web programming & content specialization preferred

Additional Advantages:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe)
  • Video editing for short videos (Reels/TikTok)
