PT Daraya Gayanti Grup, Master Franchise of a globally well-known KX Pilates brand and a pioneer of Pilates Studio in Indonesia, are looking for a dynamic and energetic candidates to fill in the role of our Digital Marketing Staff, who will be responsible for:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok,
Facebook, and more.

Develop and align content ideas with the brand’s positioning to maintain consistency.

Utilize digital marketing tools, including EDM (Email Direct Marketing), Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO/SEM, and website management.

Create simple and engaging videos and take attractive photos to enhance content quality.

Manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships and campaigns.

Analyze digital marketing performance and evaluate strategies.

Write compelling copy for marketing materials, social media, and other content.

Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure cohesive branding and visuals.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with minimum 2 years
work experience in same position.

Good understanding of social media management and trends.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (EDM platforms, Ads Manager, SEO/SEM).

Ability to perform simple video editing and photography.

Knowledge of KOL management and influencer marketing.

Analytical mindset to track performance and improve strategies.
