Job Desk (Responsibilities)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta descriptions, title tags, content optimization) to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and local SEO initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using relevant tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborative Performance Advertising Solutions (CPAS) / Paid Social Media Advertising:
- Plan, create, and manage effective paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Ads) with a strong focus on CPAS for e-commerce.
- Develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns continuously to improve ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for future improvements.
Google Ads (SEM/PPC)
- Design, set up, and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping ad campaigns.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, bid management, and budget allocation to maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct regular audits, and implement optimization strategies (e.g., ad copy testing, negative keywords, landing page optimization).
- Analyze data from Google Ads and Google Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide clear and concise performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in managing digital marketing campaigns, specifically in SEO, paid social media (CPAS), and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Demonstrable experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Google Analytics. Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in setting up and optimizing CPAS campaigns on platforms like Facebook/Instagram.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
- A portfolio showcasing previous campaign successes and results is highly desirable.
