RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. This includes monitoring and improving the performance of our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, managing day-to-day digital marketing placements, and engaging with our audience on social media platforms. You will be the go-to person for all things digital marketing within our team.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  1. Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  2. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and ad platform insights to optimize spend and maximize conversions
  3. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates. Understand ad budgets setting that is efficient to ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS)
  4. Perform keyword research and audience targeting to improve SEM performance
  5. Work with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
  6. Track and report on key KPIs, cost per lead (CPL), and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  7. Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies that can enhance user experience and lead generation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE

  1. Bachelor degree, or higher and must be fluent in English
  2. 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
  3. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
  4. Experience in lead generation and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  5. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust ad strategies accordingly
  6. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation
  7. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
  8. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  9. Budget & ROI Optimization – Managing ad spend effectively for the best return on investment
  10. Reporting & Data Interpretation – Ability to extract insights from data and present them in an actionable way

NICE TO HAVE

  1. Experience with SEO and how it complements SEM
  2. Creative Strategy – Ability to guide or create ad creatives that convert
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of industry design standards and trends
