Job description

We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist who is experienced in ads management, lead generation, and campaign performance tracking. The role focuses on managing online campaigns to attract and convert potential clients through TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads.

We’re looking for someone hands-on, analytical, and creative — capable of managing campaigns from planning to reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars (content + ads) aligned with company lead targets.

Manage TikTok & Instagram content, posting schedule, audience engagement, and inquiries.

Produce and edit short-form videos (productivity, education, awareness).

Run and optimize Meta and TikTok Ads for measurable lead generation.

Track data and prepare weekly and monthly reports including results, cost per lead, and improvement plans.

Coordinate with management and related departments to support marketing-linked activities.

Support additional assignments related to marketing performance or company objectives.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written); Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

2–4 years experience in digital marketing or paid ads management.

Proven ability to generate leads, manage ad budgets, and report ROI.

Skilled in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.

Proficient in Designing/photo & video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, Canva, Premiere).

Creative, organized and result oriented.

Able to start quickly and work independently with accountability.
