Bisalunas is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to enhance our online presence through SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. You will optimize website content, manage campaigns, and monitor performance to drive traffic and engagement.

The role requires Indonesian writing skills, basic SEO knowledge, and the ability to use AI tools while ensuring content accuracy for financial topics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
• Ability to write clear Indonesian content for long-form articles and short captions/ads
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising
• Ability to use AI tools effectively while maintaining accuracy on financial topics
• Portfolio showcasing digital marketing, SEO, content writing or AI workflow projects (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Develop the SEO strategy for the Bisalunas website including keyword research and on-page SEO
• Create or edit SEO-optimized blog articles and update underperforming content
• Assist in creating simple visuals for content and ads using Canva
• Manage digital ads (Meta Ads or Google Ads): prepare materials, monitor performance and suggest improvements
• Write copy for landing pages, ads, and promotional messages via email or WhatsApp
• Ensure content accuracy, especially for financial topics
• Prepare monthly performance reports

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to improve Bisalunas’ online presence through SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. You will be responsible for optimizing website content, managing digital campaigns, creating engaging marketing materials, and monitoring performance to drive traffic and audience engagement.

This role requires strong Indonesian writing skills, a basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising, and the ability to use AI tools effectively while ensuring content accuracy, especially for financial topics. It is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who are eager to develop their digital marketing skills, explore AI-powered marketing strategies, and contribute to measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop the SEO strategy for the Bisalunas website: keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical monitoring through Google Search Console.

Write or edit SEO-optimized blog articles, and update older articles whose performance has dropped.

Help create simple visual materials for content and ads, for example using Canva.

Help manage digital ads (Meta Ads or Google Ads): prepare materials, monitor performance, and suggest improvements.

Write copy for landing pages, ads, and promotional messages via WhatsApp or email.

Ensure all content is accurate and not misleading, since financial topics are highly sensitive.

Prepare monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

At least [1–2] years of experience in digital marketing

Familiar with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and at least one keyword research tool (Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest, or Keyword Planner).

Basic understanding of social media management and digital advertising (Meta Ads or Google Ads).

Experienced in managing websites with a CMS such as WordPress.

Able to write clear, easy-to-understand Indonesian, for both long-form articles and short captions or ads.

Able to create simple designs using Canva or similar tools.

Able to use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to work faster without sacrificing accuracy, and can show real examples of your workflow.

Understands developments in AI-powered search, such as Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT Search.

Detail-oriented and able to tell valid information apart from incorrect AI output.

Preferred: experience with financial content, having built automated AI workflows or custom AI assistants (not just using AI for Q&A), and a portfolio with measurable results.
