Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Content Marketing: Copywriting, Content Writing, UX Writing, and Social Media Marketing. Reach target market through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). Social Media Marketing also has a role in building product brand awareness.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Build brand awareness through blogging media, create blog content, optimize website performance, and conduct research on search keywords.
  3. Online Ads: Advertising products or services through available online channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
  4. Software Skills: Preferably have the ability to operate software or key visuals such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Google Analytics, and Motion Graphic Designer.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in digital marketing (minimum 3 years) and mastery of SEO or SEM techniques. Able to manage databases, social media, email, and online advertising campaigns.
  2. Creativity in identifying targets and designing digital campaigns, with experience in designing and optimizing landing pages.
  3. Mastery of various techniques A or B with experiments and multivariate experiments, with strong knowledge in website analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Netinsight, and WebTrends.
  4. Ability to analyze data and make policies based on the analysis.
  5. Up-to-date on emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, online marketing, and performance measurement.
  6. Design strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website, carry out conversion tracking, and make improvements to the website.
  7. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns utilizing digital marketing techniques, including paid search, PPC, and SEO.
  8. Design various social content and email campaigns for the company.
  9. Manage various company brands or products online to create promotions to increase brand awareness.
  10. Design and improve the usability, content, and conversion of company websites.
  11. Responsible for planning and budget control in all digital marketing activities.
  12. Evaluate market research and promotional activities of foreign companies in relation to market conditions.
