Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferable.
3 or more years relevant work experience in digital marketing.
Experience in implementing Digital Marketing strategies in both B2B and B2C sales environments is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and logical skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently once the strategy and direction are defined, while maintaining clear communication and alignment within the organization.
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Graphic design skills desirable (ability to operate Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva).
Experience in handling social media, paid search, email marketing strategy and website management.
Experience of managing and writing content for a website CMS.
Google Analytics and SEO experience.
Experience of email, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Website Management
Manage the company website using the CMS; optimize content for SEO; ensure all website content is up to date; design clear user journeys; and track content performance against defined KPIs.
Content Creation
Write engaging, audience-specific content in line with brand guidelines. Stay informed and up to date on relevant industry trends and company developments.
Social Media Management
Plan and coordinate content schedules across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others to grow and engage our social media audience.
Digital Advertising
Coordinate pay-per-click (PPC) and other online advertising campaigns. Regularly review and optimize keywords, ad groups, and performance metrics to maximize results.
Email Marketing
Plan and execute a consistent email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to grow and engage our customer base.
Print and Promotional Materials
Coordinate the production of printed promotional materials and merchandise, including writing, editing, and proofreading content. Organize occasional print advertisements as needed.
Reporting
Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and others, so that improvements can be made where appropriate.
Other
Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
