As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of paid media, performance marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives across all digital channels.
You will work cross-functionally with the eCommerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to drive measurable results — from campaign strategy to execution and reporting.

This role requires a deep understanding of data, consumer behavior, and ad platform mechanics, with the ability to turn insights into strategic decisions.

Develop and launch omnichannel campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing.

Coordinate with the eCommerce team to align ads with product pushes, promotions, and funnel strategies.

Collaborate with Marketing team to synchronize campaign calendars and ensure brand consistency.

Role Purpose

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of paid media, performance marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives across all digital channels.
You will work cross-functionally with the eCommerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to drive measurable results — from campaign strategy to execution and reporting.

This role requires a deep understanding of data, consumer behavior, and ad platform mechanics, with the ability to turn insights into strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and launch omnichannel campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing.

  • Coordinate with the eCommerce team to align ads with product pushes, promotions, and funnel strategies.

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to synchronize campaign calendars and ensure brand consistency.

2. Paid Ads & Budget Optimization
  • Manage and allocate digital ad budget effectively to hit ROAS and CPA goals.

  • Launch and monitor performance ads (prospecting and retargeting), using platform insights and benchmarks.

  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear metrics and recommendations.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Sync with the Creative team for ad visual development and copy alignment.

  • Work with Social Media to ensure synergy between organic and paid strategies.

  • Partner with eCommerce team to track revenue impact and optimize the sales funnel.

4. Tools & AI Assistance (Not Content Creation)
  • Use AI-based tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Looker Studio strictly as assistants — for research, efficiency, data analysis, and brainstorming.

  • AI should support campaign improvement (e.g., suggesting variations, automating repetitive tasks, or analyzing consumer patterns), not replace original brand storytelling or creative direction.

5. Funnel Optimization & Conversion Growth
  • Continuously optimize landing pages, ads, and checkout flow to reduce bounce and increase conversion rates.

  • Support product campaign rollouts in marketplaces and own e-commerce store.

  • Execute flash sale and shoppable ad formats in coordination with the eCommerce team.

6. Insights, Reporting & Innovation
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance across platforms.

  • Run frequent A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and audiences.

  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates (Meta, TikTok, Google).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will work closely with:

  • eCommerce: to align ad traffic with product goals and online conversion optimization.

  • Marketing Communication: to integrate storytelling, branding, and promotions into campaigns.

  • Creative: to develop and test high-performing ad visuals and messaging.

  • Sales: to evaluate the direct impact of digital campaigns on revenue and sales KPIs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Area and Target

  • ROAS ≥ 10:1

  • CTR ≥ 5%

  • CPC ≤ Rp1,000 (prospecting) / ≤ Rp500 (retargeting)

  • Traffic Growth ≥ 20% quarterly

  • Conversion Growth ≥ 10% uplift in showroom and e-commerce

  • A/B Testing Run in at least 50% of active campaigns

  • Team Feedback Deliver creative feedback within 24 hours

Ideal Candidate
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.

  • Expert in Meta Ads (incl. CPAS), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and data analysis tools (GA4, Looker Studio).

  • Experience working with AI tools as supporting assistants (not for generating final ad copy or design).

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Team player with strong communication skills.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
