**Job Responsibilities:**
- Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand awareness and product promotion in the B2B market.
- Be responsible for search engine marketing (SEM) activities, including but not limited to keyword research, ad placement, optimization of ad copy and bidding strategies, to increase website traffic and potential customer conversion rates.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) measures, optimize the company’s website content and structure, improve the natural ranking in search engines, and increase organic traffic.
- Manage social media platforms, develop and implement social media marketing plans, attract target audiences and enhance brand influence and customer stickiness through creative content and interactive strategies.
- Plan and organize offline events, such as industry exhibitions and seminars, to establish face - to - face contact with potential customers and expand business opportunities.
- Conduct webinars, be responsible for the whole process management from topic planning, guest invitation, promotion to activity execution, to ensure the smooth progress of the activity and achieve the expected marketing effect.
- Track and analyze data of various marketing activities, use data analysis tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness, adjust and optimize marketing strategies according to data insights, and continuously improve marketing performance.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product and customer service departments, to ensure that marketing activities are consistent with the company’s overall business goals and synergistic.
**Job Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, advertising, communication or related fields is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a B2B industry background, and be familiar with the purchasing behavior and decision - making process of B2B customers.
- Proficient in SEM and SEO technologies and tools, with successful search engine marketing cases, and be able to skillfully operate mainstream search engine advertising platforms such as Baidu Promotion and 360 Promotion.
- Be familiar with the operation rules and promotion skills of social media platforms (such as LinkedIn etc.), and have excellent social media content planning and creation abilities.
- Have rich experience in planning and executing offline events and webinars, and be able to independently complete the whole process management of activities, including activity planning, budget control, supplier coordination, and on - site execution.
- Be proficient in data analysis tools (such as Google Analytics etc.), and be able to drive marketing decisions through data, effectively monitor, evaluate and optimize marketing activities.
- Have good communication and coordination abilities and team spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with members of different departments and teams to jointly promote marketing projects.
- Have strong innovative thinking and problem - solving abilities, and be able to adjust marketing strategies and plans in a timely manner according to market changes and business needs to meet various challenges.
- Have good English speaking abilities, and be able to read and understand English marketing materials. Those with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
