- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, influencers, paid media).
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Oversee content creation for all digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Manage digital ad spend and performance (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Lead CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives to retain and grow the customer base.
- Analyze campaign performance and website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Collaborate with e-commerce, branding, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Lead and develop the digital marketing team, including agency/vendor coordination.

- Diploma / Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Language Required : Mandarin, English.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the F&B or retail sectors.
