Job description

Job Responsibility

Â

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, influencers, paid media).
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Oversee content creation for all digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Manage digital ad spend and performance (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Lead CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives to retain and grow the customer base.
  • Analyze campaign performance and website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, branding, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Lead and develop the digital marketing team, including agency/vendor coordination.

  • Diploma / Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Language Required : Mandarin, English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the F&B or retail sectors.
  • Expertise in digital strategy, media buying, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email platforms.
  • Strong leadership, creative direction, and project management skills.
