About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team at PT Realma Vestama Nusantara. In this contract-based role in South Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Define target audiences, select relevant digital channels, and set clear KPIs.
  • Oversee creation and scheduling of content across social media, email, blog, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine visibility.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Study market trends, competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform digital marketing strategies, and track sales to make smart decisions.
  • Design and produce campaign assets, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Create and maintain campaign microsites and entry points, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.
  • Lead new product launches with full 360° marketing plans (online + offline).
  • Formulate virality plans to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.

Requirements
