A dynamic marketing firm in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies. You will manage a small team and oversee various marketing efforts to drive student enrollment and brand growth. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the education sector. Develop and execute integrated online + offline marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and brand growth.
Manage and mentor a small but dynamic marketing team.
Oversee offline marketing: events, campus visits, roadshows, community engagement, and partnerships.
Monitor KPIs (leads, conversions, engagement, ROAS) and continuously optimize.
Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align campaigns with program launches.
