A technology firm in Tangerang Selatan is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies to drive student enrollment. The role involves managing a dynamic marketing team, overseeing offline marketing activities, and collaborating with various teams to achieve KPIs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or startups.
Develop and execute integrated online + offline marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and brand growth.
Manage and mentor a small but dynamic marketing team.
Oversee offline marketing: events, campus visits, roadshows, community engagement, and partnerships.
Monitor KPIs (leads, conversions, engagement, ROAS) and continuously optimize.
Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align campaigns with program launches
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education or startup sectors.
Proven track record of managing campaigns and achieving KPIs.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Creative mindset with analytical ability.
Familiarity with performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
