A leading property company in Jakarta is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and manage strategies across various digital channels, including SEO and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful campaign management. They will be responsible for leading a team and collaborating with sales for business growth.
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns
Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., optimizing for conversions and return on investment
Analyze digital marketing metrics, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to ensure high ROI
Manage and optimize website performance through A/B testing, SEO optimization, and UX improvements
Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop high-quality marketing content (social posts, videos, etc.)
Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and best practices
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance on campaign execution and performance reporting
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and recommend innovations to improve processes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid digital advertising
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional collaborations
Creative thinker with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and user experience best practices
