Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 360° Digital Strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Email, Social Media) to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and directly support monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Manage Performance Marketing initiatives using Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms — continuously optimizing CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to achieve measurable contribution toward sales performance.
- Oversee Digital Content & Social Media ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms, while aligning with product launch timelines, promotional campaigns, and target sales milestones.
- Control Digital Marketing Budget effectively by planning, monitoring, and optimizing spend allocation across platforms, ensuring efficient marketing cost ratios (e.g., cost-per-sale, marketing-to-sales ratio), and maximizing return on investment.
- Collaborate Across Functions with other teams to align digital campaigns with showroom activities, regional sales strategies, and conversion efforts across the buyer journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience, leading omnichannel marketing campaigns—preferably in the automotive industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree would be a plus.
- Experience working within Chinese companies is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing funnel, including attribution models, lead scoring, and the end-to-end digital-to-retail customer journey.
- Proven hands-on experience in achieving KPIs using digital tools.
