Develop and execute a 360° digital marketing strategy across all channels.
Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter, and Programmatic Ads).
Manage and optimize the corporate website.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, etc.) to align branding and marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for asset production.
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
Integrate digital and offline marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
Manage customer interactions to improve satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of managerial experience in social media and digital marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and effectiveness.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
