Job Description

  • Provide guidance and support to the Digital Ads, SEO, and ASO teams, ensuring effective execution of cohesive strategies across all digital marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across teams to inform data-driven decisions that promote ongoing optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive growth in digital presence.
  • Manage digital advertising efforts, including both display and keyword-based approaches, to optimize user acquisition and maximize ROI.
  • Drive SEO and ASO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and increase targeted traffic to the platform and app stores in a competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to develop strategies aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Requirement

  • Extensive experience managing Digital Ads, SEO, ASO, and CRM campaigns, particularly in sectors such as investment or financial services.
  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and attribution platforms, including Google Analytics, Ads Dashboard, SEMRush, Google Play Console, Firebase, Appsflyer, MoEngage, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase and Looker Studio is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in team management, project management, and organizational skills to ensure smooth execution across multiple functions.
