Nora Dynamic Sport in Surabaya, Jawa Timur is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing sports brand. This hands-on role focuses on content planning, short-form video storyboards, scripts, and production, with exposure to AI-assisted tools and performance review.

The ideal candidate is currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing or related fields, has an eye for engaging content, and is eager to learn across Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Visual Communication Design, Film/Broadcasting, or a related field
• Strong interest in short-form video content and a good sense of what makes content engaging
• Ability to think visually and translate ideas into scenes - storyboarding experience is a plus, but we will teach you
• Basic writing skills for scripts and captions in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends
• Curiosity about AI tools for image and video generation is a plus
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content pieces at once
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement revisions promptly
• Enthusiasm for sports, fitness, and brand building

Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas and hooks for short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shopee Video) aligned with campaign goals and brand voice
• Create storyboards that break content down into scenes and shots, including framing, talent direction, product placement, on-screen text, and timing
• Write scripts, voiceover lines, and captions to accompany storyboarded content
• Prepare shot lists and production briefs so the content team can execute shoots efficiently
• Assist in producing content using both traditional shoots and AI-assisted image and video tools
• Support the planning and scheduling of the monthly content calendar across social media and e-commerce platforms
• Research content trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour in the sports and padel community
• Track content performance (views, engagement, retention, conversions) and summarise insights to improve future storyboards
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to keep campaigns consistent across channels
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and community events
