About the Opportunity

A leading hospitality and lifestyle brand is seeking a data-driven, creatively minded Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its online performance and lead digital initiatives across the Bali market. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in digital campaign management and a passion for translating analytics into real-world growth.

You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visibility online through paid advertising, performance marketing, CRM, and website strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
2. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI
3. Support SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page content strategy, and basic technical audits
4. Manage CRM/email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, design coordination, and A/B testing
5. Assist in maintaining and updating website content using CMS tools
6. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure digital assets are aligned with campaign goals
7. Report regularly on key KPIs, offering recommendations for growth and optimisation

Requirements

1. 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
2. Demonstrable knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs)
3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
4. Solid understanding of customer journeys, marketing funnels, and conversion optimisation
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
6. Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus
7. Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
