Job Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, audience behavior, and digital tools to identify growth opportunities and support innovation. Stay updated on social media platform changes, competitor activities, and content best practices.
Social Media / Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Executive Team to shape content and social strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, community building, and sales goals.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Ads.
Content Creation & Production: Support the team in producing original and/or trending content (written, visual, video) that reflects our brand values and engages our target audience. Contribute to idea generation and content planning for digital campaigns and launches.
Content Review and Editing: Review and proofread all content for accuracy, grammar, style, tone, and compliance with Garden of Fireflies guidelines.
Online activation: Plan and execute brand activation initiatives to create memorable experiences that align with our brand’s identity and goals, driving awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Social Media Management: Manage daily and weekly content calendars, scheduling posts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Ensure a consistent posting rhythm that aligns with campaigns, key dates, and brand tone.
Community Engagement: Actively manage interactions with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
Influencers / KOL Management: Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities to build a loyal audience. Track collaboration performance and manage KOL content timelines.
Compliance and Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to legal, ethical, and management guidelines, while maintaining brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, and report to the team to ensure alignment with our goals.
Basic Graphic Design: create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
Others: Adapt to and perform additional duties as required to support the team’s success.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media. Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or anything related to marketing is required.ga
Creativity and experience in creating strong, engaging content related to sports / health & fitness is preferred.
Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools (like Microsoft Excel).
Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Must be able to speak english.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Experience in ecommerce/retail/fashion/health & fitness or related industry is preferred.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative / trending content ideas.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of the health & fitness industry, products, target audience, and current trends.
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
