Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our marketing and sales initiatives across online channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, achieving sales targets, and optimizing digital campaigns. Lead the execution of product branding, market research, and sales strategies while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
  • Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product launches and branding
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
