Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Support person to assist in the execution of our digital campaigns, manage content across platforms including fundraising platform and support various online marketing initiatives as well as non-profit project and campaign. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital tools, basic content creation skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, posting content across social media platforms and maintaining the accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support email marketing campaigns (e.g., Hubspot or similar platforms)
  • Website content updates
  • Conduct basic keyword research and SEO optimization tasks
  • Creating reports on marketing performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters for digital asset creation
  • Monitor social media interactions and assist with community, education, program and youth initiatives.
  • Maintain digital marketing calendars and ensure timely execution (in cooperation with outside contractor)
  • Stay updated with digital trends and propose relevant ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in the role of Digital Marketing
  • Full knowledge of digital marketing principles as well as the tools such as Zapier to support app integrations, such as Hubspot, Slack, WordPress and Google ads.
  • Experience with ecommerce website builders such as Squarespace.
  • Experience social media platforms and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite)
  • Experience with WordPress and basic HTML, Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Google Business, Hubspot)
  • Experience with fundraising tools (e.g. funraisin, auctiontoday, trybooking, etc.)
  • Familiar with digital payment processor such as Stripe,
  • Familiar with nonprofit or cause-driven campaigns with detail-oriented, good organizational and time management skills)
  • Good written communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Ability to work with Canva, Capcut, basic image editing, or video trimming tools
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bali resident (or willing to relocate to Bali at own expenses)
