Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication, Marketing, or related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or content creation.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing Instagram.
  • Familiarity with managing and maintaining Shopify-based e-commerce websites.
  • Understanding of how to market and manage listings on Tokopedia and Shopee.
  • Skilled in using editing and visual design tools (CapCut, Canva).
  • Creative thinker with strong brand awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

* Manage and grow Utara Studio’s social media platforms (especially Instagram).

* Analyze campaign and social media performance using analytics tools.

* Plan and execute content calendars that align with brand identity and seasonal initiatives.

* Write, edit, and adapt content across platforms—captions, blog articles, video scripts, email, etc.

* Collaborate across teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

* Create and edit short-form video content using basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).

* Stay ahead of digital trends and keep content strategy relevant.

* Assist in updating, managing, and optimizing Utara Studio's Shopify website.

* Coordinate product listings, promotions, and branding on Tokopedia and Shopee.

Requirements:
