About the role

We're searching for a talented Digital marketing and ecommerce specialist to join our dynamic team at PT. Cemilan Anak Indonesia, a leading snack food company based in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing and ecommerce strategy, helping us to reach new customers and expand our online presence.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
2. Managing and optimizing our ecommerce platform to drive online sales and improve the customer experience.
3. Analyzing data and metrics to monitor the performance of our digital marketing efforts and make informed decisions to improve results.
4. Collaborating with micro KOL to promote our product.
5. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and making recommendations for how to incorporate them into our strategy.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce, preferably within the consumer goods or baby food industry.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to work.
6. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, such as TIKTOK SHOP, Tokopedia, and Shopee, and experience in managing and optimizing online stores.
