Digital Marketing and Consultant

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Your main focus will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement through effective online campaigns and platforms to gain more potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Digital Strategies
   Create and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), and TikTok).
   Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation.
2. Content Creation & Management
   Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
   Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
   Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
   Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
   Propose innovative ideas to keep the company ahead in the market.
4. Client Communication & Engagement
   Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in English (written and verbal).
2. Minimum 3 months of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
4. Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Knowledge of the beauty and hair care industry is a plus.
6. Willing to be placed in PIK (Jakarta Utara) or Pondok Indah (Jakarta Selatan).
