Job description

Oversee Lead Generation & Traffic Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Manage digital marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linked Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and Optimize Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.

Monitor Ad Performance :

Continuously monitor ad performance on Google and Meta Ads, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to ensure optimal results. Provide regular reports and insights on ad campaign performance.

Stay Informed on Digital Marketing Trends: Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and suggest best practices to stay competitive.

Identify and Correct Inefficiencies: Help identify and correct inefficiencies to achieve target KPIs.

SEO Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy. This involves keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic

Technical SEO Enhancement: Address technical SEO issues on the website, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup, to improve search engine rankings.

Conversion Rate Improvement: Implement and test strategies to enhance website conversion rates, ensuring that paid traffic generates leads and sales effectively.

Collaborate with Design and Content Teams: Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.

Requirements :

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication with our diverse audience.

Certification in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads: Certified in either or both of these advertising platforms to ensure expertise in running effective ad campaigns.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis for informed decision-making in digital marketing.

Ad Account Management: Experience in setting up and maintaining ad accounts on Meta and Google Ads.

Ad Copywriting: Strong skills in crafting compelling and engaging ad content.

Blog Writing in Bahasa Indonesia: Ability to create informative and captivating blog posts in Bahasa Indonesia.

Social Media Content Creation: Expertise in content creation for various social media platforms.

Hands-On Experience: A minimum of 24 months of continuous experience in digital marketing to bring a strong skill set.

Educational Background: A degree in digital marketing, business, marketing, marketing communications, or design communication visual is preferred.

Creative Content Creation: Understanding of creative development for all digital platforms is an advantage.
