Job description

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager who will be involved in promoting products and services through various digital channels, utilizing the internet and mobile technology.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and managing all digital marketing communications
  2. Planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  3. Handling influencer marketing and managing accounts with KOLs, buzzers, content creators, and micro-influencers to achieve targets and engagement
  4. Developing and integrating content marketing strategies
  5. Staying updated with current digital trends
  6. Managing contact databases and assisting with lead generation activities
  7. Researching new online media opportunities including mobile, social media, blogs, and forums
  8. Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget, allocating budgets across channels
  9. Analyzing campaign results to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Event and Digital Marketing or related fields
  • Experience or deep knowledge in Retail and Commercial Business is preferred
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing aspects including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical, project management, and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Innovative, communicative, detail-oriented, and result-focused
  • Willing to be based at our Head Office in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
