Senior Digital Marketing

Location: Jakarta (On-site / Full WFO)

Are you passionate about driving digital strategies and making a real impact through data-driven marketing? PT Adidata Informatika, a leading IT consulting company in Indonesia, is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.)
  2. Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  3. Analyze and report on key metrics to evaluate ROI and optimize digital performance
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business goals
  5. Oversee website content strategy, user experience, and lead generation initiatives
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B/IT industry
  2. Proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  4. Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills
  5. Familiar with CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
