About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing professional to join the team at PT. SUMINAR MARGARIA FASHINDO' in Yogyakarta Special Region. As the Digital Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for driving the company's online presence and digital marketing strategies to support the growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
2. Optimising website performance and driving traffic through search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
3. Creating and curating engaging, high-quality content to support the company's digital marketing efforts.
4. Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the Fashion industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
