Job description

About the position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Consultant (Teman Beli Mobil) to build customer relationships and attract new customers to use Mobil123.com & Carmudi.com by managing the accounts and territory that has been assigned. To promote Mobil123.com & Carmudi.com to potential customers and enable adaptation. To hear customer feedback, channel the issues to relevant departments, and ensure solutions are provided accordingly.

Digital Consultant responsibilities:
  • Engage all dealers in assigned areas given by the HOD (candidates having a network with used-car dealers in Tangerang are preferred)
  • Train and guide dealers on how to use the product
  • Acquisition of new dealers
  • Contact and follow up on any inconsistencies
  • Perform daily business calls at the minimum set by HOD
  • Ensure all clusters are at 100% coverage
  • Furnish daily report on closed won/ lost by territory and accounts
  • Build, revive, and manage customer accounts
  • Gather & analyze market intelligence from areas assigned
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers
  • Understand customer's needs
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure listing quality is achieved
  • Participate fully in the team which includes taking part in weekly meetings, providing feedback and ideas to the team lead/manager to help grow the business
  • Familiar with using social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok)
Requirements:
  • Age between 25 - 35 years old
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Relevant work experience of more than 1 year in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications (MS Office)
  • Good time management
  • Having your own vehicle and driver's license (SIM A & C)
  • Having strong negotiation and good communication skills
