Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Community & Ladies Engagement Specialist to design, manage, and grow our online community while strengthening Urbanica’s reputation as an employer of choice for ladies in the nightlife and entertainment industry. This role requires a unique balance of digital marketing skills, empathetic communication, and cultural sensitivity to engage with a sensitive yet vibrant audience segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Community Building & Engagement

Build and manage closed, safe online communities (Telegram, Discord, private Facebook groups) for our talent network.

Create engagement strategies with polls, Q&As, live sessions, and discussion topics while respecting privacy boundaries.

Moderate conversations to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

2. Content & Storytelling for Employer Branding

Produce relatable digital content (short videos, infographics, microblogs) tailored to the nightlife industry audience.

Develop empathetic storytelling campaigns (career success stories, safety tips, daily life features).

Craft emotionally compelling and trust-driven copywriting for community-focused content.

3. Social Media & Digital Campaigning

Execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and niche forums.

Run paid digital ads with precise targeting to attract and retain female talent.

Collaborate with trusted influencers in the nightlife and entertainment space.

4. Employer Branding & EVP

Develop an Employee Value Proposition highlighting safety, career growth, and community support.

Manage and monitor online reputation to ensure a positive perception.

Benchmark competitor strategies to identify unique branding opportunities.

5. Research & Data Analytics

Conduct digital listening to monitor relevant conversations in the industry.

Perform sentiment analysis to assess brand perception.

Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement rates, campaign conversions, and community satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital community management, social media marketing, or employer branding.

Proven track record in managing sensitive and niche communities with professionalism.

Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.

Experience in running targeted paid ads and influencer collaborations.

Data-driven mindset with experience in social analytics tools.

High empathy, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity.

Preferred:

Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industry talent engagement.

Knowledge of digital privacy & safety protocols for vulnerable communities.

Existing networks within relevant community associations or NGOs.
