Job summary

PT DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk is seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to support planning and execution of digital campaigns across Guardian App and Web, coordinating setup of products, promotions, vouchers, banners, and mechanics. You will work with Commercial, Marketing, Loyalty, Tech, and Product teams to ensure readiness, monitor performance, and deliver insights.

Ideal candidates have a marketing-related degree, 2-3 years in digital campaigns or e-commerce, and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Digital Campaign/ E-commerce.
Familiar with App & Web campaign execution.
Strong coordination skills with cross functional teams.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities

Supporting planning and execution of digital campaign across Guardian App & Web.
Coordinating campaign setup, including products, promotions, vouchers, banners, and campaign mechanics.
Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Loyalty, Tech, and Product teams to ensure campaign readiness and smooth execution.
Monitoring campaign performance and preparing regular performance reports and insights.
Supporting campaign optimization based on sales, traffic, conversion, and other relevant digital KPI's.
Supporting day-to-day digital campaign operations and ensuring are executed accurately and on time.
