Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Digital Presence
- Advertise the brand and products/services level on various digital medias.
- Optimize website performance (SEO, UX, content updates) to improve engagement and conversions.
- Monitor brand perception and conduct competitor/market analysis to refine messaging.
Content Creation & Creative Design
- Produce high-quality, visually appealing content (graphics, videos, infographics, blogs, social media posts).
- Manage the company’s visual identity, including basic design work (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Corporate & Event Management
- Plan and execute company events (product launches, conferences, investor meetings, internal engagements).
- Coordinate logistics, branding, and promotional materials for events.
Investor & Stakeholder Relations
- Assist in investor communications, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
- Support PR efforts, media relations, and crisis communication when needed.
Data-Driven Performance Improvement
- Track KPIs (website traffic, social engagement, event ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement A/B testing, SEO best practices, and UX improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Holding certifications in website optimization, Google Ads, digital marketing, analytics, etc., is preferable.
