We work closely with publishers to strengthen premium supply and collaborate with agencies and brands to address their specific marketing objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

PikAd ensures the right MESSAGE reaches the right CUSTOMER through the right CHANNEL — powered by relevant and smart technology recommendations.

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Advertising Sales candidate to join our team. The role is to serve as the primary point of contact within the agency or brand, responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring that tasks are efficiently pushed through the internal system. You play a critical role in maintaining smooth internal operations and fostering strong relationships with the agency's and direct brand's clients.

With a focus on delivering quality work, this role is expected to possess a keen attention to detail and demonstrate diligence in following up on tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  2. Present and sell custom digital advertising packages tailored to client needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Qualifications
  1. 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising sales.
  2. Strong network and connections with direct brands.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and strategies.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  8. Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  9. Can operate well with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience selling custom digital advertising packages.
  2. Knowledge of various digital advertising channels (e.g., in-game, social media, search, display).
  3. Familiarity with CRM software.
