Digital Advertising Optimization Specialist Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Short Video Advertising Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing short video ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum performance and ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ad structuring, optimization, and maintenance on platforms such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Google.
  • Manage ad placement, including scheduling, pricing, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with the social media operations team on promotional materials and creative assets, coordinate with the product team on landing page requirements, and work with relevant personnel to create ad materials.
  • Analyze advertising materials and campaign performance data to develop clear strategies for new ad placements.
  • Collect and analyze daily reports from various advertising channels, troubleshoot account anomalies, reduce customer acquisition costs, and improve ROI.
  • Learn and refine industry-specific analysis methods across different advertising scenarios and accumulate industry optimization expertise.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in TikTok/Meta advertising; candidates with experience in the education industry or expertise in e-commerce advertising on TikTok and Meta are preferred.
  • Fluent in English speaking and listening skills is aMUST.
  • Ability to independently plan and create promotional materials and creative ad campaigns.
  • Strong communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to execute cross-departmental collaboration effectively.
  • High data sensitivity and analytical skill.
