Job Requirements:

1. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
2. Has 1 - 2 years experience as a digital ads specialist, performance marketing, or similar role
3. Maintaining the brand's presence across multiple social media channels
4. Liaise with brand & eCommerce team to improve marketing results
5. Measuring key performance metrics, including audience engagement, views, reach, ROAS & GMV
6. Able to analyze & improve digital marketing advertising's metrics
