Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a technical vocational school (SMK) or pursuing a Diploma 3 (D3) in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English written and spoken fluency required.

Responsabilités

• Learn and follow safety procedures per company requirements.
• Maintain HSE standards with zero tolerance for deviations.
• Assist in dismantling, cleaning and assembling engine components.
• Take engine component measurements using standard tools.
• Develop knowledge of diesel engine systems to troubleshoot failures.
• Report unsafe conditions promptly to supervisor.
