Job summary

You’ll support monitoring, data analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint, maintain HSE records and assist awareness campaigns.

Qualifications

• University students studying Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health or related subjects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in HSE data.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; data visualisation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Support HSE monitoring and follow-up activities using inspection findings and corrective actions.
• Assist safety inspections, Safety Walks and awareness initiatives.
• Collect and analyse waste and environmental data; maintain records.
• Compile, analyse and visualise HSE data for reports and dashboards.
• Prepare safety alerts, posters and awareness content.
• Maintain HSE records and assist improvement projects.
