DevOps Lead

OneByOne is a software design and development consultancy with clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific. We’re seeking a DevOps Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure, automation, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure on Azure & AWS
• Resource monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and Grafana
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure best practices in cloud security and compliance
• Guide DevOps strategy and mentor the team
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles
• Strong experience with Azure, AWS, and Security systems
• Proficient in Terraform, scripting (Python/Bash), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Cloud/security certifications are a plus
• Optional: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Available to work from Bali and willing to travel when required
