DevOps Engineer

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Manage and optimize Kafka deployments for event-driven architectures.

Work with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Implement security best practices and compliance standards in DevOps workflows.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot issues.

Configure and maintain observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting using VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and OpenSearch.

Manage databases, backups, and disaster recovery strategies for PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Requirements:

Able to speak in English actively (both writing and speaking)

Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket CI/CD, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash (preferred), Python, or Go.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure).

Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures.

Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm charts, and containerization.

Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.

Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible.

Familiarity with networking, security best practices, and system administration.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenSearch.

Strong understanding of database management (PostgreSQL & MySQL).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work in Surabaya Office (onsite)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.

Experience with GitLab and Bitbucket CI/CD.

Strong knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics for monitoring.

Solid scripting skills in Bash (preferred) or Python for automation.

Experience managing Terraform, Helm, and Helmfile for Kubernetes deployments.
