What’s the Role?
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure across GCP, Azure, and AWS with a Kubernetes-first mindset.
- Ensuring high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and scalability.
- Managing deployment processes and maintaining deployment environments across multiple services.
- Implementing robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure operational visibility.
Continuously researching and integrating new technologies and best practices into our DevOps workflows.
Technologies You’ll Work With
- Infrastructure Automation: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
- Event-Driven Systems: Kafka, event-driven microservice patterns

- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack, Splunk, Nagios
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Fastlane
- Security: Hashicorp Vault, External Secrets, TLS/mTLS, container hardening
Identity & Access: Keycloak, OIDC, SSO integration
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4+ years hands-on in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong Kubernetes production experience, including Helm, Kustomize, KEDA, and network policies.
- Operational expertise with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka/Redpanda in production.
- Mastery in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (bonus: Terragrunt) and GitOps workflows (FluxCD or Argo CD).
- Deep familiarity with GCP (preferred), AWS, including networking, IAM, and cost optimization.
- CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and at least one of Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Experience in mobile CI/CD using Fastlane, Codemagic, or Bitrise for Android & iOS, including signing, store submission, and release automation.
- Proficiency with observability tools like Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Sound knowledge in security best practices, including mTLS, secrets management (Vault/External Secrets), and container hardening.
- Scripting and automation skills in Bash, and willingness to work with Go or Python for internal tooling.
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to mentor engineers and collaborate across squads.
- Hands-on experience operating Keycloak or similar IdPs (Okta, Auth0) and implementing SSO/OIDC across services.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with multicloud or cloud-to-cloud migrations.
- Familiarity with Teleport, Twingate, or zero-trust networking.
- Experience in performance/chaos testing using tools like k6 or LitmusChaos.
- Knowledge of supply-chain security (SLSA, Sigstore, Cosign).
- Exposure to regulatory compliance, especially PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or IDX.
Additional Responsibilities
- Drive infrastructure scalability and resilience through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps principles.
- Champion DevSecOps practices by embedding security controls and compliance into CI/CD pipelines.
- Facilitate disaster recovery planning, including backup strategies and failover testing.
- Optimize cost and performance of cloud infrastructure through proactive monitoring and usage analysis.
- Enable developer velocity by improving internal tooling, developer experience, and self-service infrastructure workflows.
- Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and documentation to ensure consistent environments across development, staging, and production.
- Lead postmortem and incident review processes to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to building a culture of observability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding and upskilling of engineers in DevOps tools and practices across teams.
